Studio Policies

We understand that life happens, but we ask for notice so we can keep classes running smoothly for everyone.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass/package (or forfeited if booked as a drop-in).

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the session fee (or deducted from your package).

No-shows will be charged the full session fee (or deducted in full from your package).

We get it—unexpected things come up. If you experience an emergency, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

5-Class Pack: Valid for 90 days from date of purchase.

10-Class Pack: Valid for 180 days from date of purchase.

Intro Offers: Valid for 30 days from purchase. Available to new clients only.

All class packages and promotional offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. All sales are final.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins.

Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.

For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join class.

Please silence phones prior to class.

Parking is available on surrounding residential streets. Please park respectfully and follow all posted signage.
