We’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions about classes, bookings, and retail orders. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Booking Basics
Class booking opens 7 days prior to the scheduled start time.
Classes can be booked through the link in our social bio or directly through our website schedule.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the studio address and all relevant details.
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there.
Waitlist
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If you are added from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.
Please keep an eye on your email and notifications if you are on the waitlist.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Group classes require 12 hours notice for cancellation.
Private sessions require 24 hours notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package or charged according to our policy.

What Should I Wear?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable moving in.
Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
For heated classes, lightweight and breathable fabrics are recommended.
What Should I Bring?
Please bring:
• water
• grip socks for reformer classes
All other equipment is provided.
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first visit.
I'm New — Where Should I Start?
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Reformer Foundations, our beginner-friendly reformer class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement and alignment.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.
Class Levels
Foundations classes focus on alignment, technique, and learning the reformer. We recommend starting here if it is your first time on the reformer!
Flow and Sculpt classes move at a quicker pace and incorporate more dynamic sequences.
Heated classes add intensity and endurance to your practice.
Always listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
Retail & Delivery
Club IYLA offers local delivery within Guelph as well as in-studio pickup for retail purchases.
Local deliveries currently run once per week on Sundays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for pickup or dispatched for delivery.
